Google Account and Gmail API Integration:

• EZROI may allow users to connect their Google Account through Google OAuth for specific application features. When a user authorizes Google access, EZROI will request only the permissions required to provide the selected feature.
• If the Gmail sending feature is enabled, EZROI may use the Gmail API to send emails on behalf of the authorized user. Users are responsible for ensuring that emails sent through EZROI are lawful, accurate, authorized, and compliant with applicable privacy, healthcare, anti-spam, and business communication requirements.
• Users must not use EZROI or the Gmail integration to send spam, unauthorized marketing messages, deceptive communications, unlawful content, or messages that violate Google policies or applicable laws.
• Users may revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions . Revoking access may disable Gmail-related features within EZROI.
• EZROI's use of Google user data is governed by the EZROI Privacy Policy and applicable Google API Services policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZROI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your conduct harms our business interests or other users.
