Google OAuth and Gmail API Access

EZROI ( https://www.ezroi.net ) uses Google OAuth and the Gmail API only after a user provides explicit consent through the Google OAuth consent screen. EZROI requests the Gmail send permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send solely to allow authorized users to send application-related emails from within EZROI.

Data Access and Usage

EZROI does not read, search, download, modify, delete, or monitor a user's Gmail mailbox. EZROI does not access Gmail inbox messages, sent messages, drafts, labels, contacts, calendar data, or any other Google Workspace content beyond what is required to send email using the Gmail API.

The Gmail send permission may process the sender email address, recipient email address, email subject, message body, attachments selected by the user, and technical metadata required to transmit the email. This information is used solely to send user-initiated or application-authorized communications related to EZROI workflows, including order communication, ROI processing, document requests, notifications, and service-related updates.

Data Sharing Restrictions

EZROI does not sell, rent, transfer, or share Google user data with third parties except when required by law, required to provide the service, or explicitly authorized by the user.
